The Civic Association Board of Directors is made up of 5 persons, each elected by the Civic Association members (property owners) for a term of 3 years. Board members must reside within Blue Ridge Acres, be current on their road maintenance fees and miss no more than 3 consecutive meetings. Civic Association members may also be appointed to the Board to fill a vacant position or serve as an officer or committee member. Appointments must be renewed annually. Elections for open positions are held during the annual meeting each November. Both the annual meeting and the monthly meetings are open to all Blue Ridge Acres residents.
