Annual meeting of the Blue Ridge Acres Community Club
The annual meeting of the Blue Ridge Acres Community Club will be held on Sunday, October 30, 2005 at 2:00pm. The meeting will be held at the Club Office, located on Persimmon Pear Lane at Conklyn Way.
In accordance with the Club bylaws, members have the right to vote either in person or by the proxy ballot enclosed in the meeting packet if the member has paid their dues for the the 2005 season. The meeting will be open to community members who are not currently Club members. There will be a session during the meeting for the community to ask questions.

26th Annual meeting of the Blue Ridge Acres Civic Association
The 2005 annual meeting of the members of the Blue Ridge Acres Civic Association will be held on Saturday, November 12, 2005, at 1:00pm.
The following business is up for consideration:
- Election of 2 Directors
- Consideration and vote on the proposed budget
- Any other business that properly comes before the board
All members (homeowners) who are current on their road maintenance fees have the right to vote at the meeting or by proxy. You should be receiving the meeting packet and your proxy in the mail shortly.
The meeting will be held at the Blue Ridge Mountain Fire Department, located just off Chestnut Hill Road (State Route 32) in Keys Ferry Acres. Map and Directions.
Please plan on attending and encourage your neighbors to attend.

Meetings
Civic Association Board meetings are held on the 3rd Tuesday of every month at 7:00pm in the office next to the postal station. All homeowners are members and are encouraged to attend.
The annual meeting is held the 2nd Saturday in November.
